In this role, you will be responsible for supervising multiple projects through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks. You must be able to independently perform project management responsibilities for the evaluation, rehabilitation and construction efforts. Focus is on high-risk, high-complexity, and high-visibility projects. Responsibilities include resource allocation, all phases of the project management life cycle, (i.e., Initiation, Planning Strategy, Implementation Planning, Execution and Control, and Closeout)
Additional Responsibilities Include: Manages the MME relationship with all levels of customer management. Frequent contact with all levels of customer management is expected. Ensures service/product quality and conformance to standards. Coordinates and directs the activities of all levels of subcontractors on a project team. Exchanges ideas, information and opinions with the management team to arrive at decisions, conclusions, solutions, or solve disputes. Is a company-wide recognized expert and leader.
Essential Functions: To serve MME clients, (i.e., private/public businesses, state and local municipalities), and to effectively lead project teams, the Project Manager must be able to:
