The

is responsible for various sourcing activities while networking within a dynamic, people focused environment. The position is responsible for interacting with various suppliers, internal customers, and analysts on a daily basis while executing projects, improving process, and improving execution across a growing, global organization. The Sourcing Specialist is also responsible for a number of diverse actions within the organization, with principal focus on sourcing, supplier management, and supplier development, maintaining an agile and aggressive supply base while procuring high quality goods at a fair and competitive price.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in South Burlington, Vermont is $78,000 - $108,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
