We specialize in new, remanufactured and repaired AC and DC motors and generators for the oil & gas, dredging, paper, petrochemical, mining, utilities and transportation industries. Our power equipment can be engineered and manufactured to meet the specific needs of your industry. All our engineering is performed at our facility making sure that your exact specifications are met. This individual is responsible for maintaining the control of inventory within the stock room and the cage area.

- Receive and count stock items and record the data.

- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockroom or warehouses.

- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.

- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.

- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stocks or stock handling equipment.

- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

- Dispose of damaged of defective items, or return them to vendors.

- Drive fork truck in order to pick up incoming stock or to deliver parts to designated locations.

- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages.

- Involves lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping.

- Perform tool and part cycle counts at regular intervals to ensure the correctness of inventory levels.

- Records which tools, parts, seals, bearings, etc., are going to which job for later entry into visual.

- Attends monthly safety and/or training meetings.

- Observes all shop required safety regulations

- Signs for packages, delivers packages to correct locations and creates an inventory sheet of parts incoming for the supervisor to adjust into stock

- Assists the outfitting and motor assembly area with keeping fasteners and wiring parts stocked

- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
