Job Summary
Texas Iron & Steel is seeking quality individuals to work in our steel distribution warehouse.
Responsibilities
•
Move steel to and from storage racks, using a forklift or overhead crane
•
Identify, count, stack, and tag steel items for shipment
•
Work with the team to efficiently and accurately stage product for shipment
•
Work within the policies and procedures to achieve top quality customer service
Skills
•
Proficiency in basic math for order processing and inventory management
•
Forklift and/or overhead crane operation experience required
•
Familiarity with raw steel products such as sheets, plates, and shapes preferred
•
Reliable transportation and the ability to work the required shift hours required
