Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Stamping Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency within our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Duties
•Prepare comprehensive reports using tools like GOM Inspect and AutoForm to visualize data from solar component production lines enhanced by the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for high-precision simulation and multi-objective optimization, highlighting improvements in quality and sustainability.
•Collect and analyze operational and maintenance data using CMMS and EPLAN Electric P8, evaluating the performance of systems embedded with the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for intelligent maintenance and equipment monitoring.
•Research production workflows using UG NX, Cimatron, and SolidWorks for die and fixture design, aligning them with the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for integrated design and precision die manufacturing to optimize tooling architecture and minimize material waste.
•Prepare research reports on robotic operation efficiency using insights from RoboDK, ABB RobotStudio, Fanuc iPendant, and KUKA.WorkVisual focuses on improvements brought by the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for precision robotic arm control and collaboration.
•Analyze forming simulation results through Dynaform, AutoForm, DEFORM - 3D, and LS - DYNA to validate and fine-tune processes driven by Company's internal process, tools, and methods for decomposition and energy optimization in progressive stamping.
•Conduct surveys in the production environment and integrate feedback with data visualized via Siemens Simatic WinCC and Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE to optimize line performance using the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for automated line integration and intelligent control.
•Establish lean production practices that align with the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for green, energy-efficient manufacturing and advanced material utilization, supported by sustainability tools such as GaBi and OpenLCA.
•Measure the effectiveness of adaptive machining strategies through data generated by Mastercam and PowerMill, applying it to improve the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for high-precision tool processing and adaptive manufacturing.
•Analyze failure root causes and plan preventive actions using Insight and CMMS, enabling predictive maintenance routines enhanced by the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for robotic fault diagnosis and rapid repair.
•Monitor real-time performance indicators such as cycle time, energy usage, and tool wear using Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE and Siemens Simatic WinCC, integrating feedback into the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for precision process optimization in progressive stamping operations.
•Supervise technical teams in executing simulation-based validations using HyperXtrude, DEFORM - 3D, and AutoForm, ensuring they meet optimization goals defined by Company's internal process, tools, and methods for numerical simulation and digital validation.
•Develop market strategies around new product lines supported by the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for high-strength mechanical joining and non-destructive quality assurance, verified using GOM Inspect and Insight.
•Implement cooling and demolding improvements using Moldflow and ANSYS Workbench, directly contributing to the Company's internal process, tools, and methods for forming die enhancement and galvanized steel component optimization.
Requirement:
•Willingness to travel overseas to participate in the Company’s internal training for an extensive period of time before commencement of work and frequently on an ongoing basis
•Professional proficiency in all of the following: EPLAN Electric P8, CMMS, UG NX, Cimatron, AutoForm, DEFORM-3D, Dynaform, HyperXtrude, RoboDK, ABB RobotStudio, KUKA.WorkVisual, Fanuc iPendant, ANSYS Workbench, LS - DYNA, Siemens Simatic WinCC, Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, GaBi, OpenLCA, SolidWorks, Moldflow, Insight, GOM Inspect, Mastercam, PowerMill
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening or night shifts, as required to support production operations
•Prior experience working in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment is preferred.
•Ability to adapt to dynamic manufacturing schedules and troubleshoot technical issues under time-sensitive conditions
•Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teams
