Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include reviewing employee expense reports assisting with various accounting tasks including AP AR bank accounts and other general accounts reconciliations and many different financial reports. The role will also be responsible for providing timely reconciliations and accurate financial reports and cost analyses required by the manager.

Responsibilities: Essential Functions* Review and reconcile employees expense reports between Concur and company credit card statement and prepare and post the journal entries into ERP.

Competencies (knowledge skills and abilities)* Familiarity with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to conduct research and analysis.

Qualifications: Experience and Education* Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting. or related field is required.
