About This Job

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our mission to help patients improve their lives through ownership of actionable genetic insights. You will collaborate on and lead projects to build a world-class platform that enables whole-genome sequencing to improve human health.

What we're looking for

•

2+ years experience in software development experience with Python

•

2+ years experience with SQL databases

•

Experience with a modern web framework (Django or Flask)

•

Experience building RESTful APIs

•

Experience working in a startup or growth-phase company

•

Develop robust, well-tested code.

•

Familiarity with Linux/Unix and cloud computing and cluster orchestration, such as AWS EC2 and S3, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and related technologies.

•

Laboratory information management systems (LIMS)

Education Required

•

BS in Computer Science
