We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement streamlined, automated solutions that enhance business performance and support operational excellence.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Active Salesforce Administrator certification. Active Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification. Active Salesforce Platform App Builder certification. Sitetracker Certification preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce Admin Experience. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities. Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a track record of successfully implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions for clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred.
Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce (for understanding potential development needs) preferred.
Experience with data migration tools preferred.
Experience Cloud experience a plus.


Travel: 0-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Design, build, and implement Salesforce automation (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules) to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Field Service, and potentially other Salesforce modules.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, and workflows.
Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Ensure data integrity and quality through regular data cleansing and maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and provide end-user support.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce implementations and upgrades.
Use DevOps tools such as Copado for deployment, version control, and release management.
Potentially contribute to the integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
