Sr. Project Specialist

Join our team as a Senior Project Specialist, where you'll apply your technical expertise to shape impactful solutions in the natural gas, liquid pipeline, and electric power industries. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-stakes projects, and contribute to strategic business development.

As a Senior Project Specialist, you’ll be a key member of our permitting team. You’ll manage multiple projects at once and serve as the lead, making decisions that shape the direction and success of each project. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our engineering practices meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll also support business development by contributing to proposals and estimating engineering hours, while mentoring junior staff and identifying training opportunities. Your role will involve maintaining quality control systems, forecasting project revenue, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across business units. It’s a dynamic position where your technical expertise and leadership will make a real impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 8+ years of work experience, including at least 4+ years in the natural gas, pipeline, or electric power industry.

- Collaborative approach to problem solving.

- Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

- Solid industry knowledge and professional network.

- Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $83,699.20 to $105,726.40 annually and is an exempt position.

- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
