The selected professional will manage, optimize, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering tasks for large-scale renewable energy projects from initiation to operation, ensuring seamless execution across teams and geographies.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Development Managers for project support in development, design, and cost estimation.
- Gather and analyze key technical data, including site drawings, electricity load, and costs.
- Review and validate Solar PV layouts, electrical diagrams, and perform energy modeling (PVsyst).
- Support Procurement and EPC teams by preparing technical documents and coordinating engineering work.
- Assist financial teams with Technical Due Diligence and manage interconnection applications if needed.
- Conduct site visits, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Education & Experience:
BA/BS in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with 5+ years in Solar PV, Energy Storage, or related energy project development.- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, PVsyst, and knowledge of NEC and relevant codes.
- Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, project lifecycles, and utility interconnection processes.
- Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and adapt to varying complexities.
- Additional Qualifications:
Professional certifications (PE, PMP, NABCEP, etc.) preferred; experience deploying Li-ion Energy Storage Systems.
