Job Summary

The Application Development Engineer plays a key role in driving the adoption, performance, and market success of REGEN Fiber's reinforcement products in construction and composite applications. This role combines technical expertise, market insight, and customer collaboration to develop and optimize solutions that drive compelling value for our customers.

This position works cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure product success from definition through implementation with customers. This position also navigates and drives development efforts by working with external experts, consultants, and testing firms.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range:

$110,000-$130,000

The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
