Job Summary:
Kindle Energy is seeking a Sr. People Infrastructure (PI) Specialist who will ensure standardization and consistency throughout all People Processes, Procedures, Policies and Practices across the organization. This role will be responsible for conducting investigations, proactively identifying trends, providing recommendations/solutions and advising on policy interpretation. The Sr PI Specialist will monitor HR related compliance activities and facilitate the ADA Accommodation (medical/religious) process. They will also be responsible for formalizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR disciplines, principles, practices and employment regulations.
- Employee Relations: skilled in handling raised claims violating policies such as harassment, bullying, discrimination, conflict of interest, etcetera.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with leaders, employees and HRBPs.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in aggregating data to drive business decisions or improve KE culture by converting information into actionable initiatives.
- Process Mapping: ability to capture and formally document various HR activities and create process maps to ensure standardization, consistency and business continuity.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and ensure legal compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
- 6-plus years of HR experience
- Ability to think critically and strategically about HR initiatives and their impact on business outcomes
- Demonstrated problem solving skills to address employee issues
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision making
- Energy background preferred
