Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

Description
The Marketing & Content Lead, establishes rapport and trust with stakeholders, thoroughly understanding their businesses and their goals in order to serve as a strategic partner who adds value. The M&C Specialist II works closely with all levels of the MIS organization and business partners to ensure that campaigns are delivered on-time and that deliverables meet quality standards. The M&C Lead is a strong communicator, exhibits leadership skills, and has a proven track record of developing/maintaining positive stakeholder and team relationships. They also have experience with extensive marketing using creative outputs that spans a wide range of digital content types, including but not limited to video, photography, original artwork and animation. The M&C Lead exhibits the ability to think strategically with a strong understanding of applying analytical insights into creative results.
•Effectively discusses complex concepts with stakeholders to improve their outcomes and plans effectively for their delivery. Reviews written work of others and ensures documents contain necessary information and meet audience needs. Innovatively creates marketing & content using a variety of delivery methods. Builds trust with stakeholders by regularly providing progress updates
•Develops and implements procedures to plan and organize marketing & content campaign performance. Adjusts priorities in response to changing circumstances and minimizes last minute emergencies. Takes corrective action when projects are at risk and contributes to the continuous improvement process. Applies strong knowledge of quality and risk management techniques.
•Monitors activities and identifies, analyses, and considers multiple options when implementing marketing & content campaigns. Applies expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to produce campaign metrics. Actively seeks to understand the need for change, empowers colleague support and motivates team to consider and suggest new ideas. Thinks beyond the apparent limitations of the situation to consider more effective ways of operating.
•Uses expert knowledge of marketing & content creation to contribute to thinking on future organizational direction. Continuously build knowledge, keeping up to date on the professional aspects of the job. Encourages feedback after project close and participates in the evaluation of outcomes.
•Perform other duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
•High School diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of experience in Information Services, Marketing, Communications, Education, Professional Business settings, OR
•Bachelor’s Degree AND five (5) years of experience in Information Services, Marketing, Communications, Education, Professional Business settings, OR
•Master’s Degree AND three (3) years of experience in Information Services, Marketing, Communications, Education, Professional Business settings.
•Basic understanding of IT terminology and processes
•Ability to work independently with guidance only in the most complex situations
•Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and engage via written, oral, and visual media
•Experience with facilitating Design Thinking workshops
•Passionate problem solver who succeeds in somewhat ambiguous situations; tirelessly advocates for the best possible solution
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Microsoft 365
•Excellent communication skills including written and verbal presentation
•Experience designing, developing, and facilitating training sessions in a traditional classroom, virtual, and on-demand setting
•Ability to effectively interact with employees in all business areas
•Experience or familiarity with Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or Camtasia
•Experience supporting or administrating a learning management system
•Practical knowledge of project management, Agile frameworks
•Technology training and documentation
Criteria/Conditions:
•Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator. Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting.
•Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
•Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
•Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.
•Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

What We Offer YouThe estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $82,000-$113,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
