The Sr. Maintenance Coordination Associate supports our Operations teams by reviewing and refining the fleet's Operational Maintenance Plans with SMEs, entering SAP notifications, creating training materials, and auditing compliance during site visits. This position ensures not only ensure accuracy of maintenance data but also identify gaps, tracks recurring issues, and contributes to small-scale continuous improvement projects.
- Gather and extract maintenance requirements from OEM manuals and input into company upload templates
- Collect Balance of Plant (BOP) maintenance requirements and enter into company upload templates
- Partner with internal SMEs to review, refine, and enhance maintenance practices with a focus on increased reliability and reduced cost
- Enter basic SAP notifications
- Assist with creation of SAP help guides and training material to support compliance with company documentation policies
- Conduct site visits to audit adherence to standards and gather on-the-ground feedback
- Extract maintenance records from SAP and support the creation of reports to Operations Management
- Compare planned vs. actual maintenance execution data to identify gaps
- Track recurring minor issues and escalate trends to SMEs for review
- Participate in small-scale continuous improvement projects (e.g., reducing backlog, improving template accuracy)
Develop technical guides for that accompany SAP Notifications for technifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certificate or associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Training in SAP and basic Plant Maintenance tools
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP for managing Task Lists and Maintenance Plans
- Basic understanding of vendor management for building maintenance tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and MS Office suite
- Basic understanding of renewable energy systems, such as solar, wind, and storage technologies
- Able to recognize electrical and mechanical risks in renewable energy systems
- Ability to interpret simple electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings with guidance from mentor
- Independently troubleshoot routine SAP data entry or scheduling issues
- Identify and resolve recurring data entry errors
- Recommend corrective actions for recurring low-level discrepancies
- Apply judgment in prioritizing assigned administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal departments
- Collaborate with team members to create Guidance Documents for site operators
- Provide feedback to improve clarity of work instructions
- Participate in site visits to collect feedback
- Independently manage smaller administrative tasks
- Limited authority in decision-making within well-defined parameters
- Provide guidance to entry-level assistants when necessary
