Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with five to seven years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline.
Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.
Working knowledge of project, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present these conclusions to senior management if necessary. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Under limited supervision, manages the standard SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) phases of assigned IT projects, using Company-defined project methodologies and standards.
Uses project management, communication, team building, coaching, leadership skills, and experience to initiate, plan, execute, control and close assigned small- and intermediate-scale projects across various functional organizations within the Company
Proactively manages all stakeholders and their respective organizations¿ expectations, involvement, and consensus building
Initiates, manages, forecasts, re-forecasts, controls, and closes multiple projects sometimes involving the same people and system resources simultaneously
Uses company standards and procedures to track project schedule and cost, report project status, create project-related documentation and capture lessons learned
Works with business units and external vendors and stakeholders to complete project objectives of delivery, content and quality
Writes Scope/Statement of Work documentation to include resource identification, project cost and schedule provisions, deliverables and measures of success
Runs team initiation meetings to scope the project and develop the project charter, design the projects processes, sub-processes, and critical path
Develops the project schedule baseline, Gant charts and budget
Manages change order processes and communicates with stakeholders
Identifies critical paths, contingency plans, and manages project risks
Matrix manages cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experience to bring projects to a successful close
Assists in creating appropriate project teams, assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to each team member
Manages project teams and provides advice and/or guidance to resolve problems or conflicts
Understands all Project Management Institute knowledge areas of project management
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and potential conflicting priorities
Ability to detect, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
Knowledge in all aspects of network, hardware, and software, technologies, and standards
Proven track record of project management using Project Management software, templates, tools, scheduling, and methodologies
Ability to effectively combine quality assurance programs into Project Management plans
Proven knowledge of project management procedures, methods, and organizational structures
