- The Crane Engineer will support project level needs during bid, design, and construction phases.
- This individual will support the Crane Superintendents in designing and implementing critical lift plans, creating company standards and design aides, analyzing site conditions and geotechnical data to support crane walks and crane pads, and designing crane matting.
- This individual will also be responsible for finding new processes, materials, technologies, and methods to ensure the company achieves its strategic objectives.
- This position is expected to mentor technical personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field required.
- Four or more years of progressive engineering and engineering supervisory experience focused on critical crane lifts or crane walks.
- At a minimum, the candidate will hold an Engineer-in-Training certificate with potential to become a licensed Professional Engineer in 6 months.
- A bachelor’s degree with a focus on structural engineering.
- Having a Professional Engineering license.

$98,589.00 - $142,955.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
