About The Position Our legal team is seeking experienced attorneys to support our growing portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery storage (PV+S) projects by providing legal expertise and strategic advice on complex matters. Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will play a key role in guiding projects from inception through financing and construction, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidates brings a strong background in renewable energy development, particularly in utility-scale solar and storage, and combines legal acumen with sound business judgment. We’re looking for self-starters, who are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. A deep understanding of both legal frameworks and commercial drivers in renewable energy project development and financing is essential to succeed in this role.

The base salary range for this full-time position is listed below (plus bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
