Job Description:
The Senior Analyst, Strategic Pricing plays a key role in shaping pricing strategy, improving execution, and delivering data-driven insights across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Pricing, this position partners with Division Pricing Managers, Sales, Finance, IS and Commercial Excellence to support both daily pricing decisions and longer-term strategic initiatives. These include customer segmentation, strategic account support, forecasting, and the development of consistent pricing practices.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem-solver with a passion for uncovering insights through data, building impactful dashboards, and supporting scalable pricing solutions across a large, decentralized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with Division based pricing teams to analyze trends, internal benchmarks, and market dynamics to identify regional pricing opportunities and share best practices.
•Design and maintain dashboards that track pricing performance, value capture, and trends in key performance indicators.
•Generate actionable insights from pricing analyses and present findings to regional and executive leadership to inform commercial strategies.
•Develop and maintain pricing templates and models that support consistent, enterprise-wide analyses (e.g., price variability, win/loss analysis, opportunity conversion).
•Support customer segmentation initiatives by analyzing purchasing behavior and helping define account classification to inform regional pricing guidance.
•Create and deliver reports that summarize pricing trends, risks, and opportunities for Sales, Finance, Strategy and executive stakeholders.
•Partner with Divisions and Data Science team to design and enhance pricing tools and technologies; support testing, training, and change management.

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, STEM or related field required
•5+ years of experience in financial analytics, pricing analytics, or a related field.
•Strong experience managing and manipulating data sets utilizing analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or similar platforms.
•Proven ability to convert analytical findings into compelling visualizations and narratives that inform strategic decisions.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Working knowledge of at least one statistical or programming language (e.g., Python, R, or SAS) preferred.
•Familiarity with customer segmentation, scenario planning, and competitive pricing analysis preferred.
