The

Analyst, FP&A

is part of the Finance Organization responsible for leveraging their industry expertise and analytical acumen to provide market and business performance insights to the specific business supported. This role is an individual contributor role with developmental opportunities to other FP&A roles

This role will build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to proficiently understand the insight needed to create a competitive advantage for decision-making. Also, the role will conduct ad-hoc business analysis to support key initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of data structures and strong analysis and visualization skills. Given the focus on business insights, the candidate will have exposure to leadership and must exemplify strong communication skills and executive presence along with attention to detail in execution.
