We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support our Centralized Functions team within the fast-paced and impactful Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group, in their planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, financial analyses and other ad-hoc projects. The Sr. Advisor will act as a strategic business partner to all Central Functions and will maintain the sophisticated Centralized Functions Power BI reporting package, ongoing measurement and analyses, and related ad-hoc requests.

What You Will Do:

- Support the development and maintenance of central functions reporting processes.

- Accurately analyse and interpret projected results and ensure trends are substantiated and grounded in principle to provide senior management with an understanding of issues to allow them to take appropriate action where required.

- Identify operational improvement opportunities within the FP&A group, propose solutions and lead various operational improvement initiatives.

- Efficiently provide insight to various operating entities in relation to centralized services costs.

- Provide support to business segments in regulatory rate/toll filings, and assist with external audits

- Act as the strategic business partner for central functions and provide mentorship to different business partners within the organization.

Who you are:

- CPA designation with 6+ years of post designation experience.

- Advance level knowledge of Power BI is a must.

- Solid understanding in Oracle/SAP and SmartView.

- Experience in implementation of Oracle, SAP or Hyperion system will be an asset.

- Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Index, Match, VLOOKUP, Logical functions, etc.).

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a succinct manner and optimally evaluates information.

- Forward looking with a focus on continuous operational improvement and automation.

Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
