Position Overview:

Maug Cleaning, Inc. is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Specialty Tech (windows, carpets & upholstery, strip & wax, and HVAC) in Eau Claire, WI. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Adhere to company policies, procedure, and cleaning protocols as well as safety protocols.

•

Demonstrate honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

•

Stay within the clients allotted time limit, requiring time management skills.

•

Ability to cope with change.

General Duties:

Window Cleaning

•

Cleaning of interior and exterior Residential and Commercial windows using industry standard techniques and equipment.

•

Removal, cleaning, and replacement of interior and/or exterior storm windows.

•

Removal, cleaning, and replacement of interior and/or exterior residential screens.

•

Proper use of assist equipment such as reach poles and ladders.

•

Ability to work outdoors in all weather, year-round.

•

Ability to work at heights and climb a ladder up to 32 feet, and at additional heights with aerial lifts and other height-assisted equipment.

Floor Cleaning (Carpet/Upholstery/Ceramic Tile/Vinyl Tile)

•

Carpet cleaning (both Hot Water Extraction and Encapsulation)

•

Upholstery Cleaning

•

Applying protective coatings to carpet and upholstery

•

Odor treatments for carpet & upholstery

•

Ceramic Tile and Grout cleaning and sealing

•

Vinyl Composition Tile scrub and recoat

•

Proper use of carpet cleaning tools and chemicals.

HVAC Cleaning

•

Clean and sanitize Air ducts and Dryer Vents

•

Proper use of HVAC tools and processes

•

Perform additional cleaning tasks as requested by scope of work based on client requirements or as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

•

Insert Must be 18 years of age or older if applicable.

•

Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

•

Pass a criminal background check.

•

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.

•

Certification in any of the above tasks helpful but willing to train the right candidate.

•

Ability to learn, use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies with skill and efficiency.

•

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, twist and perform other motions required to complete the job.

•

Must be comfortable with ladder work.

•

Continual walking throughout the shift.

•

Ability to work independently and cooperate professionally in a team environment.
