Support the implementation of upgrades, technology enhancements, and other site improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams
Assist in training team members and contractors on equipment operation and safety practices
Utilize digital systems and software for managing work orders, procurement, and inventory tracking

Experience with equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine operations in renewable energy environments
Familiarity with major OEM systems such as Sungrow, Tesla, CATL, Power Electronics, Rizen, or BYD is preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical theory, power systems, and medium-voltage (up to 34.5 kV) equipment operations. Higher voltage experience strongly desired (up to 345KV)

Transmission and Distribution electrical system experience desired but not necessary
Ability to safely perform switching operations and isolate MV transformers and breakers
