Specialist, Training & Competency

Our comprehensive infrastructure network spans across western Canada and North Dakota and includes Waste Management Facilities, Industrial Landfills, Pipeline Operations, Metals and Mining, Specialty Chemicals, as well as Energy Infrastructure services such as Blending, Facility Supply, Trading, and Storage.

The Specialist, Training & Competency, is primarily responsible for supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of SECURE’s corporate Training and Competency Program which establishes training requirements and competency models and for the safe and effective operation of SECURE facilities.

Our Training & Competency team plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of SECURE’s facilities. By equipping our teams with the skills and knowledge they need, we help drive operational excellence and safety across the organization.

This full-time, permanent position is based in Calgary, Alberta and requires 40 hours per week in an in-office setting.
