Position Overview

The Spanish Language Translation Consultant (SLTC) will provide essential interpretation services (Spanish to English and English to Spanish) during the qualification assessments of employees in technical or craft roles. The individual is responsible for ensuring and promoting both skill competence and safety for the public and employees. The SLTC will facilitate the assessment process by translating and interpreting for the Qualified Evaluators (QEs), enabling them to accurately assess whether operations employees are performing their duties safely and correctly. Additionally, the SLTC will deliver qualified Spanish interpretation to support the QEs in administering skill assessments for contract crew workforces.

Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $45 to 65 an hour.
