Overview


We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support the growth of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions among enterprise customers. This role is critical to our sales success, partnering closely with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, craft tailored solutions, and guide prospects through complex technical evaluations. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, deep understanding of partner ecosystems, and a passion for translating business challenges into solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with AEs to scope and deliver tailored product demos that address customer needs across varied use cases and platform complexity.
Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including configuring demo environments, showcasing key modules, and articulating how solutions align with partner program goals.
Build and maintain customized demo portals for high-priority prospects, including branding, content population, and training module configuration.
Support upsell and cross-sell efforts by conducting targeted demos for existing customers alongside Customer Success and Sales.
Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering to communicate customer requirements, guide solution design, and stay ahead of upcoming releases.
Maintain and enhance the internal demo environment used by Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure data relevance, clean presentation, and up-to-date feature presentation.
Train Sales team members on new product capabilities and modules to ensure alignment and confidence in go-to-market efforts.
Support early-stage implementations for new modules, especially where Customer Success is ramping up enablement.
Contribute to Marketing and Sales events as a technical resource, delivering live demos or participating in discussions as needed.
Stay current on PRM trends, partner ecosystem best practices, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.



Requirements

Proven track record

supporting enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within complex partner/channel ecosystems.

8+ years in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role, partnering closely with Account Executives to close deals.
Expertise in conducting compelling product demos, tailoring solutions to customer needs, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales models, and unique needs of enterprise partner programs.
Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset and the ability to solve for customer goals across multiple use cases.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled at uncovering pain points and aligning them with product capabilities and implementation for best practices.
Proficiency in demo environments, proof-of-concept development, and sales enablement tools
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
Familiarity with PRM platforms and partner enablement technologies (preferred but not required).
