The Solar Technician III is the most experienced field position which performs both electrical and mechanical services. The Solar Technician III primary objective is to ensure that all equipment serviced, operates at the highest level while providing leadership and training to other field positions.

In California, the hourly wage for this position at the time of this posting ranges from $38/hr to $48/hr. Within that range, individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including but not limited to experience and training, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
