The ideal candidate will have 2-years electrical experience, general knowledge of electrical components, and be able to read solar schematics.
Good customer service and communication skills are a must as you will be working with our customers and inspectors.
- Performing main service panels and meter upgrade
- Troubleshooting / debugging solar panel systems - Enphase & SolarEdge equipment
- Conducting general maintenance: replacing modems, disconnecting fuses, meter and micro inverter troubleshooting,
- Fixing CT measurements and production issues
- Replacing faulty panels and service system upgrades
- Debug Envoy when its not reporting
- Service equipment: entry cables, service entry drop, electrical aerial, meter enclosures, disconnects and trenches
- Other solar service related tasks
- 2-years electrical / solar experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- General knowledge of electrical parts and components
- Must be comfortable getting on customers roofs
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
