Primary Objective: The Service Technician is responsible for repairing solar arrays and their components. They directly communicate job and performance status to Operations Management.
- Monitoring and analyzing platforms
- Processing warranties and act as liaison between manufacturer and end customer
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer to address issues, estimate service and schedule appointments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and communicate with customer regarding service procedures
- Creating and maintaining reports for customers
- Document customer interaction and technician feedback
- Other duties as assigned

- Technical troubleshooting capability
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs of weight frequently throughout the day
- Must be willing to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftops
- Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
- Must have own hand tools
- OSHA 10 Certification
- TECL License
- Verifiable references
- US Citizenship or Work Permit
Physical Demands:Employee is required to walk, lift heavy objects, climb ladders and stairs, and work on rooftops.
