Job Summary

Duties

•Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in solar and energy sales.
•Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
•Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in energy or technical sales environments.
•Strong customer service background with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
•Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
•Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
•Demonstrated leadership qualities that contribute positively to team dynamics and performance.
•Familiarity with software tools related to sales management is desirable.
