What You’ll Be Doing:
•Sell residential solar energy systems to qualified homeowners
•Assess customers' energy needs and design tailored solar solutions
•Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations on the benefits of going solar
•Maintain a 20–30% close rate from pre-set, qualified leads
•Follow up with leads to drive referrals and long-term client relationships
•Manage existing accounts with operational support from our in-house team
•Stay informed and educated on product updates, solar incentives, and financing options
•Engage in direct, face-to-face sales—building trust and rapport with homeowners
•Help families discover ways to reduce or eliminate energy bills
What You Bring to the Table:
•Proven success in outside sales—solar, roofing, or other service-based industries preferred
•At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door or B2C roles
•Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities
•A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping people
•Goal-oriented and resilient under pressure
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
•Willingness to travel locally for appointments
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
