Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in energy or solar sales, and possess exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives and converting leads into satisfied customers. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
•Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach.
•Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and track sales progress efficiently.
•Conduct thorough presentations on energy or solar products to educate customers on benefits and features.
•Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
•Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members as needed.
•Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance selling strategies.
Requirements
•Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on energy or solar products preferred.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
•Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
•Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving targets.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

•Assess customer energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
Guide customers through all financing and contract requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and policy changes affecting solar incentives and marketability.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
