Solar Retention Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Solar Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in retaining solar customers by addressing concerns, re-engaging dissatisfied clients, and closing retention deals with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a top closer with a proven background in solar sales, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in designing and pricing solar systems.
•Re-engage and retain Cancelled or at-risk solar customers through consultative sales techniques and expert-level product, finance and sales knowledge.
•Design, size, and price solar PV systems independently using tools such as
Aurora, Enerflo, or similar platforms.
•De-escalate customer concerns with tact, empathy, and professionalism to preserve the customer relationship.teams to ensure seamless resolutions and positive customer experiences.to offer accurate and up-to-date information.Pay:
•Meet or exceed monthly retention and revenue targets.
•Document and track all customer interactions in the CRM system.
•Work cross-functionally with customer support, finance, and installation
•Stay updated on solar industry trends, utility policies, and financing options
•Uncapped commission-based sales
•Our standard is 4 sales/month.
•Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed

•Proven ability to Independently design and price solar systems without supervision
•Proficiency with Sales Platforms and CRM Tools
•Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
