. This role plays a critical part in monitoring solar PV systems, identifying issues, and supporting on-site resolution. Working closely with both internal teams and clients, the Technical Support/Solar Analyst helps drive efficient issue resolution and system performance. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solar energy and sustainability.

About the Role:

As a Solar Operations Analyst you’ll be responsible for monitoring solar PV systems and proactively identifying performance issues to support timely resolution. You will play a key role in maintaining strong communication with clients, assisting them in troubleshooting and reconnecting their monitoring systems to ensure continued system visibility and performance.
