JOB DESCRIPTION

- Pick up and drop off permitting documents to the building departments

- Communicate with building department to ensure seamless project advancement

- Drive up to 6 hours in one work day

- Stand building inspections

- Maintain safe and clean working environment

- Organizational skills

- Detail oriented

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Flexibility with daily tasks

- Fast learner

- Willing to work in all weather conditions

- High communication skills

- Must have clean driving record (past 5 years)

- Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout day

- Team player

- Punctual
