The Solar Farm Technician II is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance across all scopes of an operating power plant. This includes civil, mechanical, and electrical inspection and repair, as well as instrumentation and control (I&C). The role also involves operational duties such as monitoring, controlling, and trending, ensuring proactive work to maximize productivity and generation with a focus on safety and maximizing generation, and ensuring proactive work is prioritized and completed.

Pay range: The hourly base salary range for this position in California $32.52 - $44.00. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RWE considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s education & work experience, training & certifications, and key skills as well as market and business considerations at the time of the offer.
