Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrician to join our team for a project at the in Guayama, Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with High voltage, terminations, and battery storage. This is a field-based position requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Must be proficient in all areas of HV and BESS
•Ensure all terminations and test results meet NEC, safety, and quality standards.
•Interpret and work from electrical drawings, site plans, and test procedures.
•Follow all site safety rules and company protocols while working on active solar construction sites.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (solar preferred).
•Familiarity with solar PV systems, especially large-scale ground-mounted arrays.
•Ability to use electrical test equipment (e.g., IV curve tracer, multimeter).
•OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
•Valid driver’s license or authorization to work in the United States
Schedule & Compensation:
•Project-based, full-time hours + overtime.
•$35- $42/hour based on experience.
