Your Role As a Solar Sales Consultant

Meet with homeowners to educate and guide them on solar solutions that meet their unique needs.

Build a client base through pre-set appointments, canvassing, and generating referrals.

Exceed sales goals while delivering honest, exceptional service that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience (solar preferred, but any sales background with a customer-centered focus is welcome)

Drive & Determination – a self-starter who is motivated by goals and positivity.

Excellent Communication Skills – you thrive on connecting with people and have a warm, persuasive approach.

Reliability – must have a vehicle, driver’s license, and be punctual and organized.

Requirements

Location: Must reside in the Dallas, Texas area.

Age: 18 years or older.

Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Sales Experience: Background in sales, preferably in solar, is ideal but not required.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.

Goal-Oriented: A driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
