Position Overview:
We’re seeking a self-starter and go-getter to join our team part-time, with a flexible schedule including some weekend work. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving engagement, creating standout content, and leveraging the latest tools — including AI — to optimize our online strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers across all platforms
•Create and manage engaging blog content that aligns with brand voice and goals
•Collaborate on website updates and improvements to enhance user experience
•Identify and implement AI tools to improve marketing, analytics, and content creation
•Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports and insights
•Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
•Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing engagement
•Strong writing and storytelling skills (blogs, captions, short-form content)
•Comfort experimenting with AI tools for marketing or design
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Flexible schedule and willingness to work some weekends
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
•Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Hours:
•Part-time (approx. 20–30 hours/week)
Flexible schedule with occasional weekend coverage
