Job Description:
We’re currently seeking dependable and skilled laborers to support a hands-on industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical mindset who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in fabrication, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist with hydraulic system repairs and maintenance
•
Perform basic mechanical work, including assembly, disassembly, and inspection
•
Support fabrication projects, including cutting, grinding, and basic welding (if applicable)
•
Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and equipment
•
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
•
Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and production goals
Qualifications:
•
Prior experience with hydraulic systems or mechanical repairs preferred
•
Basic fabrication skills (grinding, torching, cutting, etc.)
•
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
•
Willingness to learn and take direction
•
Valid Drivers License , Reliable transportation and punctuality
•
Must pass pre employment screenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
•
Day shift
•
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
