Job Overview:

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Skid Steer Operator to join our Valued Clients team on residential housing projects within Calgary. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a Bobcat-style 463/S70 skid steer with foot controls

- Perform precise grading and loaming between residential homes with narrow clearances

- Read and interpret grading plans accurately

- Maintain grading precision to a tolerance of 2.5 cm (+/-)

- Support landscaping activities as required

Qualifications:

- Experience operating Bobcat-style 463/S70 or equivalent compact skid steer (36” width) with foot controls

- Proven ability to perform work in tight spaces (clearance less than 6” on each side)

- Must have reliable transportation to and from site

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience fine grading and loaming in residential settings

- Landscaping experience

- Ability to read and interpret grading plans with precision

- Requires high attention to detail and spatial awareness while operating compact equipment in tight spaces
