Skid Steer/Mini Excavator Operator

The Anderson Company, LLC, a site development company for over 27 years is seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator. We operate in the DC metro area.

Essential functions:

- Operate a Bobcat and other heavy equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites

- Use the Bobcat to move materials, load and unload trucks, and assist with excavation and grading. Must be able to grade

- Must follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment as required.

- Must follow direction from supervisor or superintendent.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with the crew team and supervisors.

- Must have reliable transportation to get to the jobsite.

- At least 2 years of experience running a Bobcat in a construction site.
