Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, management, and outdoor property maintenance, with proficiency in communication skills. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
•Manage project schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
•Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
•Supervise and coordinate landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and general outdoor maintenance
•Manage laborers and crews, assign daily tasks, and ensure work is completed on time
•Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
•Maintain equipment and order supplies as needed
•Communicate with clients or property owners about services and schedules
•Keep records of completed work, hours, and materials used
•Provide training and support to team members on best practices.
Requirements
•Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance
•Prior supervisory or team lead experience
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Knowledge of outdoor equipment (mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc.)
•Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather condition

Pay: $52,000.00 - $83,200.00 per year
