The Warehouse + Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily site operations including inventory control, product movement, lubricant delivery, and yard maintenance. This role ensures the site remains organized, compliant, and customer-focused through consistent execution of logistics and upkeep tasks.
The role of the Warehouse + Site Coordinator encompasses five core responsibilities. These 5 Core Responsibilities are referred to as the 5 Major Roles of the position.
Core Responsibility #1: Inventory Control & Point-of-Sale Coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records for lubricants, tanks, sensors, and related items. - Ensure timely system updates and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Manage point-of-sale entries and provide in-person customer service during product pick-up.
- Oversee safe unloading and loading of inbound and outbound shipments using a forklift.
- Ensure product is properly staged and prepared for delivery per daily dispatch schedules.
- Manage point-of-sale entries and provide in-person customer service during product pick-up.
-Provide high level of customer service by answering customer inquiries on the phone, taking orders and handling in person customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard through daily tasks such as sweeping, garbage removal, and inspections.
- Conduct basic maintenance on tanks and critical equipment.
Core Responsibility #5: Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Adhere to all company safety and operational policies.
- Identify opportunities for workflow and site improvements.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Forklift, personal computer/laptop with Microsoft Office Suite, site maintenance tools, company delivery vehicle.
The Site and Customer Service Coordinator will be required to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment for extended periods.
Local travel for lubricant delivery and site support as needed.
This position operates in a warehouse and yard environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Monday through Friday work schedule from 6:30am until 3:30pm with a one hour unpaid lunch.
This role requires regular communication with internal departments, vendors, and customers—both in-person and over the phone, including delivery coordination and customer service interactions.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or site coordination roles preferred.
- Proven record of providing exceptional customer service, having a customer first mindset and ability to work independently.
A combination of education and experience may satisfy the requirements of the role.
