Site Administrator Job Duties

- Operate the in-ground scale and coordinate with drivers regarding weights and payments; maintain accurate records and ensure smooth flow of traffic

- Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general office communications

- Handle payroll entry and verification, track vacation and attendance, and support onboarding of new employees

- Purchase office supplies, issue purchase orders, and assist with maintenance-related tasks such as work orders and data entry

- Prepare reports, assist with budget tracking, and apply ISO 9001 procedures where applicable

Job Requirements

- Must have experience working with the Microsoft Office Software package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience entering payroll is a plus.

- 3-5 years working in a fast-paced construction type of environment is highly preferred.

- Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting is highly desirable.
