Job Summary
ECSM, LLC (Emerald Coast Sign Manufacturing) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Manufacturer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality signs that meet client specifications and industry standards. This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products on time.
Duties
•
Operate various manufacturing equipment and tools to create signs, including digital printers, cutting machines, and laminators.
•
Interpret design specifications and blueprints to accurately produce signage according to client requirements.
•
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy, durability, and visual appeal.
•
Collaborate with designers and project managers to discuss project timelines and any necessary adjustments.
•
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
•
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
•
Stay updated on industry trends and new materials or techniques that can enhance sign production.
Experience
•
Previous experience in sign manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
•
Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities to overcome production challenges.
