Job Summary:
Nino Development is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding Project Manager to join our team remotely and manage siding projects across the Southeast region of the United States. This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must be based in the Southeast and able to travel to job sites as required.
The Siding Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of siding installations for both residential and commercial projects. This role demands strong leadership, construction knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of siding materials, project budgeting, and managing timelines. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality results, fostering client relationships, and driving operational efficiency throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Management: Lead and manage multiple siding projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project from inception to completion.
•Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise crews of siding installers, ensuring that work is being completed according to company standards and safety regulations.
•Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and building relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
•Material Management: Oversee the procurement and management of materials required for each project, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
•Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and manage costs to ensure the project is completed within the allocated budget.
•Scheduling & Logistics: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met while managing site logistics and crew availability.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure that all siding installations meet or exceed company and industry standards, performing quality checks and managing rework if necessary.
•Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, ensuring all workers are following safety protocols on site and maintaining a safe work environment.
•Problem-Solving: Resolve issues as they arise during the course of the project, such as material shortages, schedule delays, or client concerns, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Required Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience managing siding or exterior construction projects, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
•Strong knowledge of siding materials and installation methods, including but not limited to vinyl, wood, fiber cement, and metal siding.
•Proven experience in managing project budgets, including estimating, cost control, and financial reporting.
•Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage teams effectively.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
•Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly.
•Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as necessary within the Southeast U.S.
