Shop & Yard Tech

Raptor is seeking a self-motivated and reliable Shop & Yard Technician to join our fast-paced team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and keeps things organized and moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory of parts and shop tools

- Organize and manage our steel plate yard

- Pull and deliver parts to shop employees as needed

- Load and unload deliveries safely

- Support the team with day-to-day shop tasks

- Adapt to shifting priorities and new project deadlines

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Flexibility and problem-solving mindset

- Clean driving record required

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Previous experience in a shop or warehouse setting preferred
