The Role:

We're not just looking for another hand; we're looking for a key player. As a Shop Hand at Blaze, you'll be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You'll ensure that our equipment is handled, stored, and moved with precision and care, maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

•

Manage all shipping and receiving, including the loading/unloading of trucks and meticulous verification of shipment manifests.

•

Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

•

Support the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain precise inventory control and a smooth, organized workflow.

•

Apply your mechanical skills to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, minimizing downtime.

•

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, from stocking shelves to ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in a warehouse, industrial shop, or a similar oilfield environment is highly preferred.

•

Certified and proficient in operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy industrial equipment.

•

Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrable skills in troubleshooting and basic repairs.

•

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and meeting the daily demands of a hands-on role.

•

Familiar with industry best practices for order picking, inventory management, and safe material handling.
