Shop Mechanic/Apprentice

VanRos Services Inc. is seeking a Shop Mechanic and/or Apprentice to join our team. This individual will possess an Apprenticeship / Journeyman Certificate in HD Mechanics, Millwright or Auto Mechanics. Experience with Arrow Engines would be a definite asset.

Duties to include:

- Overhaul and service of engines, head, clutches, etc.

- Preparation of work orders for all shop related jobs.

- Pick up and drop off of parts as required

- Aid in year end inventory counts

- Shop maintenance and housekeeping

- Actively participate in all safety meetings

- Follow safety rules and regulations including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

- Completion of safety related documentation including but not limited to; Hazard Assessments, Incident Reports and Inspections.

Must be willing to do field work as well if needed.

Must have valid H2S and First Aid.

Clean driver's abstract and valid Class 5 licence required.

Wage depending on experience/qualifications.
