Shop Manager

Salter Lawn Service is seeking an experienced and reliable Shop Manager. Must have manager experience, mechanical knowledge as well as computer knowledge. This position offers competitive pay as well as sign on bonus, health insurance, PTO and matching 401K. Flexible schedule working Monday-Friday no weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in running the day to day operations of a shop and making sure shop technicians are productive and complete repairs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing cost estimates for customers and notifying customers

- Manage daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of time and resources

- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring product availability

- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers

- Maintain an organized, safe and clean shop environment
